Groups for Kids and Teens
*Safe and affirming groups for neurodivergent kids and teens*

Our interest-based social clubs and coaching groups let neurodivergent (ND) kids and teens be themselves around other ND kids and teens. Social clubs provide a welcoming and sensory-respectful space for kids and teens to gather with others around a common interest.

For individuals (12+) who identify as ADHD and/or autistic and are looking for support with a variety of life challenges from a certified coach who is personally and professionally experienced with ADHD and autism. What's the time commitment? 3 to 6-month packages available. Sessions last 45 minutes and occur weekly or bi-weekly. What is the format? Clients most frequently elect to receive video calls (i.e. Zoom, Google Meets) for regularly schedule sessions. Additional support is provided by text and/or phone calls. What typically happens during a session? During our initial session we will discuss and explore what the you feel are your specific strengths and challenges. Following this exploration session, you will bring a specific topic each week that you would like to be coached on. Can't think of something? No problem, many clients find it easier to talk through portions of their week to find the right topic. Together, we will explore this topic, decide what you would like to change, and determine goals that feel doable and right to you in order to make that change happen. Where appropriate, resources related to what we have discussed during the session will be provided and will usually be written in a shared document that you'll be able to access anytime. At the end of each meeting, you will then choose a support plan for the week. This may include setting alarms, leaving yourself notes, a text/phone call from your coach, or a parent/friend reminder.  What are some common challenges people bring to coaching? Some common challenges include: · starting/maintaining friendships · coping with conflicts · job-related challenges · balancing life responsibilities · managing emotions · improving family relationships
